To be honest, really I was putting off for as long as possible the work.. the real reason I had her come over.. which was to help me wash the walls off. Our furnace has been smoking and we keep having to clean it out, and with the smoke comes soot. lots of soot that clings to every surface. So, we washed the kitchen and the studio/office. And it all looks so much better than before, the dinge has been conquered! But, overall, it was just really nice to be with a friend.
